What times are you open?

Do you have any locations in Illinois?
Allison Wonderland stores are currently located only in Southeast Wisconsin. However, we continue to grow everyday so be sure to stay updated through Facebook and Instagram.

What is your return policy?
COVID-19 Update: In order to protect our employees and our customers from any additional risk, we have made the decision to change our merchandise return policy. We will NOT be accepting returns of any merchandise until further notice. If your item is defective, please email or call us. This policy is consistent at both of our locations. All sales are final, we hope you understand!
IN-STORE Returns with the original sales receipt will be accepted within 30 days of the purchase. Refunds will be provided in the form of the original payment. Store credit is provided for items returned without the original receipt and/or over the 30 days of the purchase. Returned products must be in new condition and original packaging.
ONLINE PURCHASES Returns with the original sales receipt will be accepted within 30 days of the purchase. Refunds will be provided in the form of the original payment. Returned products must be in new condition and original packaging. All online purchases can be returned to our physical locations.

Can I buy items online?
We are currently updating our Online Store with new products to purchase. Although, we currently carry many more items in our physical stores, we will continue to add new items!
What do I do about a damaged/defective product I bought?
We strive to provide high-quality products to our customers. If your item is damaged or defective, we ask that you return the product to one of our stores for an exchange or a full refund.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, we offer gift cards for purchase in both locations. Just ask one of our store associates at the checkout counter! Unfortunately eGift cards are unavailable at this time.
